Free Printable Perfect Attendance Certificate

Perfect attendance rewards something no single day makes visible: turning up, again and again, including on the days it would have been easier not to. Schools track it all year and then need a certificate at the end, usually for far more students than expected.

When to use it

Most schools award it per term and per year, at assembly or on the last day. Some workplaces run the same idea for shift teams. Because the numbers are usually high, this is the certificate you are most likely to print in bulk — twenty or thirty at a time is normal.

Say the period on the certificate. “Perfect attendance” alone is ambiguous; “perfect attendance for the autumn term 2026” is a record. Use the date line for the term or the school year, and the reason line if you want to add the number of days.

Print at 100% scale, not “fit to page”, or the border will shift. Use landscape orientation and the paper size you downloaded — A4 outside the United States, US Letter inside it. Paper of 160 to 200 gsm costs very little and changes how the certificate feels in someone’s hands.

I need thirty of these. What is the fastest way?
Download the Word version, type the names into copies of the page and print the lot in one go. For a handful, the editor above is quicker.

Should late arrivals count?
That is your policy, but say it on the certificate if it differs from what parents assume — “for full attendance and punctuality” removes the argument later.

Is it really free?
Yes, for personal, educational and commercial use, with no watermark and no account. The only thing you cannot do is resell the file itself as a template.

Which paper size should I pick?
US Letter in the United States and Canada, A4 almost everywhere else. If you are unsure, check the paper already loaded in your printer.
