Free Printable Certificate of Appreciation Template

When to use it

Schools give them to parent volunteers, crossing guards, librarians and the staff who make a term run. Companies use them for retiring colleagues, mentors and the people who quietly carry a project. Community groups give them to donors and to the neighbours who show up on setup day.

Two things make an appreciation certificate land. First, name the contribution: “for three years of coaching the junior team” beats “for your valuable contribution”. Second, hand it over in front of the people it affected. The paper is the excuse; the public thank-you is the gift.

Questions

Appreciation or recognition — which word should I use?
Appreciation is warmer and personal; recognition is more formal and suits corporate settings. Both fit this layout, and the title line is editable.

Can I give the same one to several people?
Yes. Type the first name, download, then change the name and download again — as many times as you need.

Is it really free?

Which paper size should I pick?
